Shipping and Returns
We ship only to locations inside of the United States at this time. Hawaii and Alaska orders require extra charges.

Delivery Charges for Furniture:
Most furniture such as chairs, night stands and heavier pieces require delivery by a freight company due to size and weight. Once you have placed your order, we will notify you of the approximate delivery date for your area. Although most items are in stock at the time of purchase, some items may require a 4-10 week lead time before shipping. This information will be sent to you as soon as we receive you order.

*Please note that standard shipping on freight items do not include installation, they will delivier the item to your front door or curb only. Most of these larger freight items require scheduling in order for them to be delivered, you will receive a call if your items require this service.

Most freight companies offer a White Glove Delivery Service for an extra charge.
White Glove Service consist of the following:
- Bring the item into your home and place it in the location of your choice
- If the item needs to be placed upstairs, they will to that too
- They will assemble the item for you
- They will remove all crate and packing material after installation
Once you have placed your order and notify us that you require White Glove Shipping, we will be able to provide you a quote.

1.General merchandise items such as pillows and small accessories under $50.00 can be returned or exchanged in their origional packaging within 15 days of receipt.
Shop Ten 25 will refund the full purchase price less shipping cost within 72 hours of receiving the items back from you.
2.Furniture and larger items such as mirrors and rugs and lighting will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
3.All other items such as accessories over $50.00 will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

All returns must be sent via FedEx, UPS, DSL or USPS and MUST have a tracking number.
Sometimes accidents occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver item in perfect condition. PLEASE inspect your item immediately upon receipt to check for damage. All damage claims MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 hours of receipt delivery. Please save all packaging until the claim is settled. Contact us at email@example.com to file a claim and to arrange replacement or credit of the item.
An image of the damaged item will help to expidite the replacement of the damaged item.
