All items, are made to order, as fabric is on hand. Therefore, items are non-returnable / non-refundable unless there is a defect. Please contact us if there is a problem with any product that you receive within 2-3 days of receipt. If you are returning, item(s) MUST be returned in its original packaging, otherwise you will not be refunded.

Colors may vary based on how they appear on your screen. We recommend ordering a sample prior to purchasing to avoid exchanges or potential restocking fees.
Our samples are 8″ x 8″ and available in linen, velvet and outdoor canvas.
All orders for samples ship for $5 via USPS Priority in the Continental US. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for order to be processed and shipped and 3 – 10 days for delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number.
In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, please reach out to info@shopten25.com to file a claim within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
-A photo of the damaged merchandise in its original packaging
-A photo of the shipping label
Claims will be responded to within 3-5 business days. Most products shipped are eligible to be replaced. Shop Ten 25 cannot guarantee replacements on damaged merchandise reported after 24 hours of receipt.
For furniture damages found during the time of a Delivery service, Shop Ten 25 advises the receiver to take the following steps:
Notate damage on our third-party carrier’s proof-of-delivery paperwork prior to signing
Take clear photos of the damage and email them to info@shopten25.com within 24 hours of attempted delivery
It is the receiver’s responsibility to ensure furniture is in perfect condition before signing the paperwork and allowing the driver to leave.
Shop Ten 25 cannot guarantee repairs, returns, exchanges, or refunds on furniture that is accepted and signed for or is reported after 24 hours. Additionally, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any shipping or restocking fees that may incur. Occasional exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Shop Ten 25 reserves the right to repair as they see fit. Shop Ten 25 does not cover furniture damages cause by normal wear and tear.

Can I pay for my purchase in installments?
Yes, we’ve partnered with ShopPay Affirm so you can pay for your purchase in 4 easy installments. Just select Shop Pay Installments by Affirm on the billing page of checkout to complete your purchase through their services.
Can I place an order with ShopPay order over the phone or in-store?
No. Affirm orders can only be placed on our website.
